These are the Care and Use Guidelines on Emile Henry Flame that I have received from the UK importer.
Care
- Easy to clean
- Dishwasher safe
- Soak any stubborn, burnt on food in warm, soapy water
- As with any ceramic, be careful not to knock or drop
Use
- Can be used on gas, electric, solid plate and open flame
- Can be used on induction in conjunction with Emile Henry's metal induction disc
- Can be used in the microwave and under the grill
- Can be put in the freezer, up to -20 degrees C
