UK Delivery Charges

FREE delivery on all orders over £30 delivered to a UK mainland address.Orders under £30 are charged at £4.95 delivery.

This does not include Northern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Isle of Man and Channel Islands - we will let you have a quote on these orders, based on weight and destination. Pleaset order on line as usual and we wil come back to you with a quote. No money will be taken from your credit card until you have agccepted the delivery charge.

UK Mainland Delivery - over 75 % of products on 3 day, rest within 7 days

All UK mainland deliveries from stock should be delivered with 7 days, over 75 % of products are delivered within 3 days. Please refer to each product where the delivery time schedule is given.

If ordering out of office hours (mon-fri 9am - 5.30pm) , please take the next office day as the start time for the delivery standard.

Very occasionally, the specified delivery is not met. Whilst we do our very best, we do not guarantee this service. Please let us know immediately if it has not taken place.

Next Day Delivery

We are sorry but Next Day Delivery is not a standard option on The Saucepan. However please call to see if it is available on the products you are interested in.

Signed for Delivery only

We only deliver when the goods are signed for.

This is for everyone's benefit as it helps to avoid theft and fraud. If no one is in, a card will be put through the door giving instructions.
