Healthy Cooking Saucepan!
Traditional non stick pans may include PTFE (used in Teflon for example), however Gastrolux use Biotan, a patented high tech surface. Water forms pearls of liquid on the pan surface like water drops on a plant leaf. Avoids the potentially carcinogenic fumes some believe traditional non-stick pans with PTFE gives off at high temperatures.
Biotan works so well it is non-stick WITHOUT the use of oil.
