Healthy Cooking Roasting Pan!
Some traditional non-stick pans contain PTFE (used for example in Teflon), which many believe gives off potentially carcinogenic fumes at high temperatures.
Gastrolux use a patented high-tech surface called Biotan which is non-stick WITHOUT PTFE. It causes water to form as pearls of liquid on the surface of the pan like water drops on a plant leaf. The Biotan surface works so well it's non-stick WITHOUT the use of any oils.
