The Mauviel M'Cook (formerly Cook'Style) stainless steel roasting pan is a great size with nice large handles that make lifting it in and out of the oven easy. It also features an amazing 7 ply stainless steel design.

Thanks to the 18/10 stainless steel exterior this roasting pan is easy to clean. 3 layers of aluminium are sandwhiched in between 4 layers of stainless steel that maximise heat conductivity. The 6th layer is magnetic, allowing it to be used on induction hobs.
