The Round Ceramic Staub Cocotte in black is part of the very latest "Classic" cookware range from the famous French manufacturers. Still entirely made in France (Le Creuset is now manufactured in China), the cocotte is made from 100% ecological ceramic.
This cocotte range features the dimpled lids which self baste the food when cookingis. The Cocotte is the ceramic version of the traditional cast iron Staub Cocottes.
