The Round Ceramic Staub Cocotte in black is part of the very latest "Classic" cookware range from the famous French manufacturers. Still manufactured entirely in France and finished by hand (Le Creuset is now manufactured in China), the cocotte is made from 100% ecological ceramic.
This range of cocottes feature the dimpled lids which self baste the food when cooking. The ceramic Cocotte is the ceramic version of the traditional cast iron Staub Cocottes.
