The Round Ceramic Staub Cocotte in White is part of the very latest "Classic" cookware range from the famous French manufacturers. This cocotte range is the ceramic version of the traditional cast iron Staub Cocottes. It also feature the dimpled lids which self baste the food when cooking. The cocottes are made from 100% ecological ceramic.
The Staub Ceramic Cocottes, like the Staub Cast Iron Cocottes, are beautifully made and finished, and are designed as oven to tableware. No need to use other serving dishes - the cocottes make a lovely display on the table.
