The Staub Oval Ceramic Cocotte in black is part of the very latest "Classic" cookware range from the famous French manufacturers. Staub still produce all of their cookware in France, Le Cresuet is now made in China, and this new range is made from 100% ecological ceramic.
This cocotte range is the ceramic version of the traditional cast iron Staub Cocottes made from 100% ecological ceramic. It also features the dimpled lids which will self baste the food while cooking.
