The Oval Ceramic Staub Cocotte in White is part of the very latest "Classic" cookware range from the famous French manufacturers. Still entirely made in France (Le Creuset is now manufactured in China), the cocotte is made from 100% ecological ceramic.
This cocotte range is the ceramic version of the traditional cast iron Staub Cocottes. It also features the dimpled lids which self baste the food when cooking.
The Staub Ceramic Cocottes, like the Staub Cast Iron Cocottes, are beautifully made and finished, and are designed as oven to tableware. No need to use other serving dishes - the cocottes make a lovely display on the table.
