Staub's Oval Ceramic Dish in Graphite is a part of the very latest "Classic" cookware range from the famous French manufacturers. Branching out from Staubs wonderful Cast Iron cookware, this Ceramic cookware provides a versitile and fully functional addition to the Staub range. Still made entirely in France (Le Creuset is now manufactured in China) and finished by hand, this dish is made from 100% ecological ceramic.
Can be used to cook your meat or your vegetables and then serve at the table where even an electric knife can be used to portion the food without fear of scratching the enamel surface.
The wipe clean surface allows for quick cleaning after the meal and avoids the problems of coming back to food hardened to the side of your dish.
