Staub's Oval Ceramic Dish in Cherry is a part of the latest "Classic" cookware range from the famous French manufacturers.
Staub is still made entirely in France (Le Creuset is now manufactured in China) and this dish is made from 100% ecological ceramic and finished by hand.
The use of enamel provides a wipe clean surface allowing for quick cleaning after a meal and helps prevent the problems of food hardening to the side of the dish.
Can be used to cook both meat and vegetables in the oven and then serve at the table where even an electric knife can be used to portion the food without fear of scratching the enamel surface.
Safe to store food in the freezer after cooking and also to reheat/cook after freezing.
