"The Demeyere pans are great - they look fantastic and function really well on they low heat, they also clean up like new, that is washed by hand and put in the dishwasher - I burnt one frying pan black and after 30mins soaking it just bushed away. I also clean them with a small amount of lemon juice or vinegar which removes all water marks from the stainless steel. They are the best designed pans I have ever cooked with and seem at the moment a very good investment - I might add to the collection as and when the need arises - but so far they are as good as everybody says."
