I am looking for a non Teflon, lipped milk pan. What do you recommend?

I understand that your first choice was the Swiss Diamond 16cms Saucepan. However, the Swiss Diamond does have a Teflon equivalent non stick material, albeit that none of the harmful PFOA component in the non stick material is present in the pans. The non stick material is mixed with diamonds to give the surface incredible strength - you really can use stainless steel utensils in them and not damage the surface - but nevertheless it is there.
I recommend the Gastrolux saucepans. These have a ceramic non stick surface with no Teflon or equivalent component. The 16cms saucepans also have a lip. I use one of these myself to make scrambled egg - and I don't need to use any fat, the surface is so good. Here is the url to paste into your browser:
