What material is the Staub Pumpkin Cocotte lid handle made from? We would like a brass handle, not a stainless steel one.

The round or oval Staub cocottes can come with either a stainless steel or a brass knob in the lid. Usually we recommend to customers call if they have a clear preference so that we can ensure that they get the knob that they would like.
The Staub Pumpkin Cocotte, does, however, come as standard with a brass handle. No one has yet requested a stainless steel one, and hand on heart, I am not sure that the "stork" handle does come in stainless steel. I would have to agree that the brass goes much, much better with the colour of the enamel.
So you will get exactly what you would like.!
