Can you use metal utensils in a Gastrolux saucepan?

The recommendation from Gastrolux is that you can use "non sharp" utensils on a Gastrolux non stick surface without damaging it.
However, personally, I think it is all too easy to use the edge of a metal spoon in a "sharp" way and I would recommend only using silicone or wooden utensils. Why risk damaging the surface of any expensive pan? So I never use metal utensils in my Gastrolux pans. If I want to cook fast and furiously, I use a Swiss Diamond pan because they really are impervious to sharp utensils. They are not as non stick as the Gastrolux though!
