Do you sell the Ceramic Staub Cocottes?
Posting date: 14th June 2010 16:24
Hi Sandy, yes, we do sell the Ceramic Staub Cocottes. They are just in stock in the UK so they are not on our www.the-saucepan.co.uk website yet, but we can get hold of them. They come in 10cms only in round and oval shape, but there are ceramic Staub salad bowls, pie dishes, rectangular dishes as well.
The ceramic Staub Cocottes come in a variety of colours and are modelled on the famous cast iron cocottes. They have the same dimples on the lid to aid self basting as well. Because ceramic material is a good deal cheaper than cast iron, they are also much better. They are not suitable for induction hobs, however, being made from a non magnetic material.
