Can you advise on portion size from each size of the Emile Henry Tagine (Flame Ceramic)?

Hi, there is portion size advice given by Emile Henry with each of their Tagines. This is listed on each product on our website as follows:
- 25cm (16cm high, 1.1L - approx 2 - 4 person
- 32cm (22cm high), 2.5L - approx 4 - 6 person
- 35cm (25cm high), 3.5L - apporx 6 - 8 person
Obviously these are just a guide. I have had customers come back and say that the portion advice was far too stingy, and those who thought the portions were far too big!
Personally, I think that the 25cms is best for 2 people, the 32cms for 4 people, and the 35cms for 6 people, but maybe I am greedy! However, it is always best to err on the side of too big - you can always cook less in a big pan but you can't cook more in a small one.
